Special offer from Kay Books Online to support The Boston Stump!

Mrs. Rebecca Elliott, the proprietor of Kay Books Online, is the daughter of life-long St. Botolph's parishioner, Dr. Richard Allday, who is the treasurer of the Parish Library Restoration Committee.  He is also a local publisher and has a book entitled "Monumental Brasses" by Jeremy Wheeldon, who became interested in church brasses after seeing an exhibition of rubbings in Cambridge.  Wheeldon joined the Monumental Brass Society in 1965.

Wheeldon's book, "Monumental Brasses," looks at fifty of the remaining brasses in St. Botolph's Church.  Each represents a valuable record of costume, heraldry, and religious belief, along with the skill of the men who designed and engraved them.

Kay Books Online will donate 50p ($1.00) to the St. Botolph's Restoration Appeal for every copy of "Monumental Brasses" sold to purchasers who e-mail requesting this.  Please use the "contact us" button on their website or e-mail directly to becky.elliott@kaybooksonline.co.uk at the time of ordering.

If the value of books in any single order is in excess of 30 GBP ($60) (not including shipping & handling), Kay Books Online will include a free copy of "Monumental Brasses" as well as donating 50p to the St. Botolph's Restoration Appeal.

This offer will be in effect till July 31, 2008.
